Female 'Purity' Is Bullshit→

This Is My Body, Not Yours

welcome to the machine: Honestly I am so fucking done with all the slut shaming. Some girl on...→

introducingemergency:

Honestly I am so fucking done with all the slut shaming. Some girl on facebook is going on about being ‘proud of being pure’ and ‘not getting the D every weekend’ and saying shit like ‘why do you think good guys won’t give you a second look’. Really just shut the fuck up. There is nothing wrong with you being proud of yourself but when you start judging and shaming other people for the way they live their lives then we have a problem. Just let people do what they want, they’re not hurting anyone. Getting the D every weekend isn’t what’s wrong with the world, you are.

my best friend ladies and gents.

There’s nothing wrong with “slut shaming” anyway. Those women need to be shamed for their immoral life choices so they can rethink their ways. If anything, we’re helping them.

lolz thanx babez 4 helping meh!

DEAR FEMALE TATTOO ARTISTS.....→

bbbones:

catsgethigh:

please consider this.  just because you liked to draw when you were little doesn’t mean you should become a tattoo artist.  not everyone can do it.   getting into the tattoo business isn’t fucking someone to become an apprentice.  it’s not about looking pretty.  i don’t walk around in heels and clown make up because i believe i have some sort of talent.  i don’t want my clients to get tattooed by me because they want to fuck me.  i want them to get tattooed by me because they respect my work.  oh, you saw kat von d on tv and wanted to be just like her?  cool story, bro.  kat is a great artist and everything, but why not take a fucking minute to check out some other real female tattoo artists?  valerie vargas is the jam, so is eva huber. female tattoo artists who dedicate themselves to their work and don’t care about developing a make up line, or what they wear to the teen choice awards.  i’m all for there being a lot more girls in my line of work, but please fucking respect yourself.  if you take more time to put on your fake eyelashes than you do to put a tattoo on someone, it’s time to reconsider your fucking profession.  get out of mine.

lol soz I didn’t know there were restrictions to when a person could care about their own aesthetics and when they couldn’t.

I thought it was one of those things that a woman any person could do regardless of their career.

Looking good has nothing to do with wanting other people to fuck you. That’s a very close minded view of the world, not to mention the industry you work in.

I was just on my daily scroll through 9GAG and I came across this. Now usually I find his stuff hilarious, and upon reading this I expected something awesome and humorous, but no. No no no no no!
To begin with, a whore does not have a uniform. Nor do whores exist. It’s 2012 babes. I think we’re well into the 21st century to cut it out with the slut shaming. Whoever still participates in this hideous act should check themselves.
Everyone should stop jumping the gun on their perception of what another person is like. Some people say I look approachable, and others say they wouldn’t have talked to me unless I had talked to them first. Point is, a person is nothing until you get to know them.
And the comparison to a cop? Fair enough you make a mistake by treating a person like someone they’re not based on a case of mistaken identity or some costume they were wearing, but you cannot define a regular person walking down the street by their outfit, nor should you justify your criticism by saying “oh they may not be a trash bag, but they sure do look like one.” The difference between these two examples is that one is a costume, another is something hanging in a person wardrobe that they like - why must you put a label on everything because it’s easier for you to identify someone as something?
This is a poorly construed argument; he said something totally agreeable in the beginning, and then just backtracked on all logic at an attempt to make a witty joke. It’s like that “no offence but…” line. Yeah, no offence but I’m about to offend you.
Poor effort Dave Chappelle, poor effort.

The Humble Magnificent: Dear pro-lifers... →

the-humble-magnificent:

You can’t say that you are pro-women and pro-life because it’s a contradiction. Also, you can’t protest for legislation that would criminalise abortion and not follow through with an answer of what should happen to women who do have abortions. Making abortions illegal, means that by law, a woman will face some kind of prosecution.. so, according to your pro-life beliefs, what should that be? If you think that women shouldn’t be prosecuted but think that abortion is wrong and that women should be ‘discouraged’ from it (LOL like we all wake up and teeter totter down the road thinking ‘I’m going to have an abortion today!’ as if we are about to buy some milk) than you need to shut up with your protests in support of legislation that would criminalise it. Standing by something like this means you have to go all the way, because shit like this will and is already impacting on the lives of women. If you’re pro-life and you’re protesting in support of the criminalisation of abortion than you need be ready to face the consequences that a law prohibiting it could have on the women in your life. This isn’t a pissing contest, these are the lives and well being of women we are talking about. If you aren’t willing to stand by your beliefs to the full extent, then don’t be protesting in support of the criminalisation of something that impacts the lives of others. I hate writing this because I thought this was common sense..

l0ligagger:

The man in a relationship has the final word on whether or not his partner should get an abortion, not the woman.

Umm, what?!

If a woman wants to involve the man in the decision making, that is entirely her choice.

But no, you ignorant little person, the man does not have the final word on what a woman should do with her body because it’s her body.

A man and a woman can discuss an abortion all they want, but a man cannot say “Well IDGAF, I want this kid and you’ll have it because I say so.” Welcome to 2012, babe. You should lose your insolent ideologies and get with the program, because shit like that doesn’t fly anymore.

Check yourself.

Girls, did you know…that uhm, you can wear whatever you want, and you don’t need some girl who thinks she’s a special little snowflake telling you otherwise.
I absolutely detest these images, because everyone starts going on about how girls have no self respect, how smart the girl in the image must be, how dumb girls who show their tits are,  and all those other ignorant, narrow minded things of the like.
You know what? I like showing off my tits. I’m a D-Cup and no one has the right to judge me for flaunting what I’ve got, because I friggen love my body no matter what some chick in a t-shirt says. I will never not love wearing things that show off my curves because that’s what I choose and that’s what I like.
I’m smart. In fact, I’m so friggen intelligent I got uni offers before my scores were even out. And I’m clearly not lacking in any self respect with how stunning I think my body is.
So you know what, girl in those images? I hope you’re happy being covered up like an Amish person. You have every right to dress however you wish. But I’ll be damned if you promote bullshit like this because it makes you feel superior to all the girls who are clearly more confident in their own bodies than you are. Because girls who are happy in what they’re wearing and happy in their own bodies would never judge another for what they’ve chosen to cover or what not to cover.
There’s nothing worse than encouraging ignorance.
